FAQ'S

Do you work with allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes we do! Just make sure to add a note to let us know when placing your order. You can also direct message to go over it as well. **Please note we are not a certified gluten free, allergen free, vegan business. There is always a chance of cross contamination**

Do you do delivery?

You bet we do. We deliver to central Okanagan for a fee depending on the area. We also offer free pick up in West Kelowna

Do you do custom orders?

Yes we do. Each box, board and table can be customized to match a specific theme.

How long after receiving my order should I consume it?

Boxes and boards can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two days if stored properly. Grazing tables should be consumed with in two hours of set up to maintain safe food temperatures.

How do I order?

You can order directly through the website or message us directly and we can help you out. Please note orders are not fully placed until they are paid for in full. For graze tables deposit is needed to hold your chosen event date.

POLICIES

All boxes and boards must be paid in full at time of booking. Your order is not confirmed until full payment is received. Non payment may result in requested time and date not being available.

All box and board purchases are non-refundable. If cancelled with 24 hours notice orders can be rescheduled or turned into credits for future use. Cancellation with out 24 hours notice will result in loss of credits and reschedule option.

 

Grazing tables require a deposit in order to book a date. All final numbers and remaining amount is due one week prior to event date.

Deposits are non refundable. 

​

If cancellation is required deposit amount will turn into a credit of the same value for future use.

​

Cancellation of grazing tables within a week to event date will result in the loss of deposit and no credit.

Please provide clear delivery instructions: Condo buzzer numbers, gate codes etc. If sending as a gift all contact information for the person receiving the delivery is required to organize a proper delivery time. Multiple delivery attempts may result in extra delivery charges. Food will not be left unattended at door for quality assurance and food safe reasons.

Contracts and policies will be emailed along with invoices upon grazing table bookings.
